Terms of Use
Provider and agreement
Pumli is provided by ESOTECH LTD. By choosing Agree & Continue, you accept these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use Pumli. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Service and eligibility
Pumli offers local AI models, optional online AI, voice input and conversation, image and video generation, model downloads, research, and user-enabled tools. You must be old enough to use the app and each connected service under applicable law and that service’s rules. A compatible device, internet access, and a provider account or API key may be needed for some features.
AI output and important decisions
AI output and search summaries may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable. Check sources and generated media before use. Pumli is not a medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional service. Do not rely on it alone for decisions affecting health, safety, rights, or money.
Accounts, keys, and third-party charges
You choose whether to connect Google, Microsoft, Notion, OpenAI, Gemini, Seedance, an MCP server, or another provider. Their terms, privacy notices, quotas, and charges also apply. You are responsible for activity and charges under keys or accounts you connect. Keep credentials private and revoke a compromised key with its provider. Pumli does not guarantee a provider’s availability or pricing.
Tools and external actions
Tools can read information, search the web, open apps, prepare messages, or request other actions within the permissions you enable. Review recipients, content, destinations, and tool results before approving consequential actions. An Always allow setting may let enabled tools run without another in-app prompt; iOS permissions and provider confirmations still apply. Disable tools or revoke permissions whenever you wish.
Your content and generated media
You retain any rights you have in prompts, recordings, photos, files, and other content you provide. You must have permission to use and submit that content, including another person’s voice, likeness, or personal information. Rights in AI-generated text, images, audio, and video depend on applicable law and provider terms. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing, sharing, or using it commercially.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pumli to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate or deceive people, create unlawful or non-consensual intimate content, abuse connected accounts, bypass access controls, or send spam. Do not submit another person’s sensitive information without a lawful basis and appropriate permission. You must follow the rules of each model host, API, and MCP server you use.
App software and changes
Pumli’s software, design, and branding belong to their respective owners and licensors. You receive a personal right to use the app subject to these Terms and applicable store rules. We may change features, models, integrations, or these Terms. Where law requires it, material changes will be shown before they take effect and require a new choice.
Availability and responsibility
We provide the app with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free AI output, or compatibility with every model or provider. We are not responsible for a third-party service’s independent acts or for losses caused by relying on unverified AI output. Nothing limits liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
